What is your process?

Every home and situation is different so our approach to every appointment varies. We sort, declutter if necessary and reorganize the areas in a functional yet aesthetically pleasing way that can be easily maintained.

How do I get an estimate?

Please send pictures or quick video of the area to our email address.

(Pictures/videos shared will never be posted or shared without permission)

Do you purchase bins?

If bins, racks, organizing materials are necessary we advise which to purchase ahead or bring with us the day of your appointment.

What are the rates of your services?

Please view our packaged rates. 

How long do appointments take?

Most appointments are done in 4hrs but every situation is different.

Do you also clean areas?

Yes, we do light cleaning such as wiping down surfaces,  sweeping & vacuuming.

Do you have afternoon appointments?

Yes,  upon request and availability we can schedule an afternoon or weekend appointment.

Do you remove trash or unwanted items?

We do not physically take any unwanted items or trash. We can place neatly in a designated area of your choice so you can schedule with your town trash pick up.

Do you help with purging?

YES! We love to help clients purge. We help create Trash & Donate piles as we sort the items to keep and dispose of. 

How much experience do you have doing this?

20 years!

Do you have experience with Hoarding situations?

Yes we have handled many cases. Our team is ready to handle all situations.

What if I don't want my home posted on social media?

That's no problem! Images posted on our site were only posted with permission from our clients. We understand some prefer to keep privacy just let us know ahead and no pictures or videos will ever been recorded on our end. 

I'm too embarrassed to share pictures of my areas, what should I do?

This is a judgement free zone. We love what we do and are here to help! There is nothing, and I mean nothing, we have not seen before. So please share with us  :)

Do you travel?

Yes we do! Please email us details about your project so we can block dates in our calendar.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Most clients prefer to not be part of the process as it tends to be overwhelming. Unless we are purging. As we would not know which items you would like to keep or toss we would need your instructions during the appointment. We do recommend you purge before the appointment so you don't have to be present if you choose not to.

I'm going on vacation, can you organize while we're away?

Yes! This is actually a very common request. As long as we have access to your house (most times garage passcode or hidden key) we can organize any areas you like. Pictures and videos would be sent to you as soon as we are done.

Can I gift a friend an appointment?

Yes! You can either purchase a Gift Certificate or have them book the appointment and we'll forward the invoice to you. Just inform us as soon as they book.

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, Zelle or Venmo.

Lisette brought my walk in closet to life! She is super professional and extremely personable. I can’t say enough good things about how well organized my space turned out. Also, so reasonably priced that I’ve already booked another session for a different area in my house. She is really helping me get it all together after moving into our new home.
